Eligibility for Admission in First Year:
1. Admission on merit shall be made according to the criterion and the list of selected candidates shall be displayed on our website as well as on college noticeboard.
2. Admission is open for both male and female candidates.
3. Candidates should not be more than 18 years of age by the last date of receipt of application.
4. Following will be eligible for admission.
i. Those who have not been admitted to F.Sc part 1 during the previous academic year in any college.
ii. Those who have obtained a minimum percentage of 60% (1st division) in SSC with science subjects.
iii. One seat is reserved for the Principal of any Government institution.
iv. One seat is reserved for the disabled/handicapped applicants.
v. One seat is reserved for college teaching staff (Govt. Model Science College, Muzaffarabad).
vi. One seat is reserved for Non-gazetted staff of Government Model Science College, Muzaffarabad.
vii. One seat is reserved for Hafiz-e-Quran.
viii. One seat is reserved for extra ordinary sports player.
ix. Five seats are reserved for O level.
5. No admission shall be made after the deadline for admission is passed.
6. Any kind of tempering will result in cancellation of admission.
7. If a student fails to turn up within a week after the commencement of lectures, his /her admission shall be cancelled.
8. Migration is allowed after test and interview recommended by college committee.
9. All regular /reserved /migration seats are strictly based on merit.

Academic Session and Schedule:
The academic session commences in August and ends in April every year and is divided as follows.

A: Yes, a candidate may apply in more than one groups but for this he/she shall submit two separate forms for different groups.

A: No, you cannot change group after the merit list is displayed. If you want to apply in more than one group you need to submit two different forms for different groups.
